At Domi Outdoor Living, we want you to love your outdoor oasis; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into the original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
